The veteran wicketkeeper-batter expressed his satisfaction at contributing to his team, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), in their opening encounter against Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
Karthik, who had limited game time and practice sessions leading up to the tournament, managed to make a significant impact, scoring an unbeaten 38 runs off 26 balls.
